As a Local Management Board established in State and County law, the Collaboration Council, supported by the Governor's Office for Children, helps lead public and private agencies, community members and families in collaborative efforts to improve the results for Montgomery County's children, youth and families in these key areas: early care and education, youth development, equal justice for all youth, children with intensive needs, and data and research.
