Older Americans, 60 years of age and older, are an invaluable population that may need access to in-home care, specialized health resources, and support groups. It’s the goal of older adult serving agencies to provide support to older adults—including those experiencing disabilities, diseases, abuse, and neglect— as well as their caregivers families.
Older adult services provided in Montgomery County include Cultural Transition Facilitation programs, Interpreter/Translator Registries, Adult Day Care, In-Home support programs, and the Senior Nutrition Program.
