St. Ann's Center for Children, Youth and Families also known as St. Ann's Infant and Maternity Home
St. Ann's programs serve women and their children in need of housing and comprehensive support services. The supportive transitional housing offers single mothers with 1-4 children housing in the form of an apartment or communal living. The Teen Mother Program, separate from the transitional housing program, serves pregnant and parenting teenage mothers who are referred by the Department of Social Services or Department of Juvenile Services. Support services for all women and their children include: case management; an onsite high school with GED programming; employment counseling; mental health services; and a licensed day care.
