Montgomery Cares is a program that provides primary health care to medically uninsured, low-income adult residents of Montgomery County. This program is funded in part by Montgomery County to help support a network of independent, non-profit clinics to provide primary care services to low-income adults. Each clinic has its own history, culture, traditions and additional funding sources. Medical professionals staff all clinics.
