Transitional housing and case management services are provided to families who are homeless at the time of referral and demonstrate a potential for economic self-sufficiency and improved family functioning within two years. Family self-sufficiency, subsidized housing and case management services are provided to homeless families who demonstrate motivation to become economically self-sufficient within five to seven years.
