Provides families in crisis with emergency assistance with rent/mortgage, utilities, and prescriptions. Families must reside in zip codes 20903, 20904, 20905, 20866, and 20868. Clients must apply to DHHS/Emergency Services to be referred to EMEAN. A referral is not needed for prescription assistance however you must provide required documentation and a copy of the prescription.
