Future Link helps at-risk young adults (aged 17-25)transition into adulthood. Our focus is helping young adults chart a career path and access and persist in post-secondary education and training programs. We provide self-advocacy education (at Montgomery College), career immersion activities, career development and pathway supports (including tutoring, academic advising, mentoring and scholarships). The ultimate goal -- creating self sufficiency with sustainable futures.
