Montgomery Child Care Association also known as MCCA

Montgomery Child Care Association (MCCA) provides high-quality child care and early education for 1,000 infant through school age children at 14 child care programs in Montgomery County. MCCA serves families of all income levels and ethnic groups and strives to meet the unique needs of every child in our care. MCCA programs implement The Creative Curriculum, a research-validated, MSDE-approved comprehensive curriculum that addresses all developmental domains and provides active, hands-on learning experiences in language, literacy, math, science, social studies, art, music and more. MCCA waives the tuition gap between child care subsidies and our full tuition, offers emergency scholarships to enrolled families in crisis, and Summer Adventure scholarships to help families afford the cost of all-day summer care for schoolagers. MCCA Training Institute provides professional development for child care teachers. MCCA advocates for public support of affordable child care for all families, and better training and compensation for the child care workforce.
