A community support agency that offers an array of psychiatric rehabilitation services. Since 1973, RCF has been providing employment, residential, and day services to create and support opportunities that empower individuals to chose, obtain and maintain socially-valued roles in our community. The Rock Creek Foundation’s service system provides a continuum of care facilitating movement across less restrictive treatment environments with the goal of enabling and empowering people to achieve their maximum potential in independent, self sufficient living.
