The Rockville Senior Center serves as the central location for programs and services related to aging in Rockville. If you are age 60 or older, you can find information on transportation, housing or Medicare; take an educational or art class; improve your fitness; or find a fun trip to join. Hours of operation for the Center are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The hours of operation for the Fitness room are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is also open evenings and weekends for programs and private rentals. A nutritional lunch is served Monday through Friday for a nominal cost, and door-to-door bus service is available during the week for residents to the center, shopping, club meetings and special trips.
