Identity manages Wellness Centers at four Montgomery County public high schools: Gaithersburg, Seneca Valley, Watkins Mill and Wheaton. These on-campus centers combine individual and group-based social-emotional supports with access to medical care and serve as hubs for programs and services rooted in the Positive Youth Development model. Our trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive programs for young people and their families strengthen school connectedness and protective factors that have been shown to lead to better academic and life outcomes. Services are provided in partnership with Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and a diverse range of community-based nonprofit partners. Any student enrolled in these high schools is eligible to enroll in the school’s Wellness Center.
