The CB College and Career Planning Program is a program specifically for our junior and senior girls to prepare them with toolkits and resources for successful application and enrollment in college and beyond. The program, is a new initiative through Community Bridges that seeks to contribute to increased postsecondary completion of graduating high school senior youth from Montgomery County High Schools and increasing preparation, application, acceptance and enrollment in colleges and universities for graduates of our CB Girls High School programs. Community Bridges Inc. whose mission is to empower girls from diverse backgrounds to become exceptional students, positive leaders and healthy young women, looks to contribute to increased postsecondary completion of students from Montgomery
County High Schools, through our College Planning and Tracking Program. This program is designed to provide external support, workshops, and opportunities to girls enrolled in our CB High school programs whom need more one-on-one and development than is allotted in our pre-existing after school programs.
