As a non-profit organization, RTMC partners with local volunteers, business, and contractors in the community to provide our services. RTMC's program is designed to help those who have no other means to complete needed repairs, and there is never any cost to the homeowner.

Eligibility: Total household income must be below $49,850 for one, adding approximately $7,000 for each additional occupant. The recipient must own and live in the home, all residents must be vaccinated against COVID-19 for indoor repairs, must be current on mortgage payments, must not own more than one property, and home equity must be under $400,000.
