Medical Care for Uninsured Children (Care for Kids) also known as Care for Kids

Care for Kids is a health care program that provides access to health care services for uninsured children in Montgomery County. Pediatric care includes well child visits, sick visits, prescription medicines, optometry, dental, and other limited specialty care services. The program is funded through Montgomery County and administered by the Primary Care Coalition.

Fees: Families may have a co-payment of up to $20.00 per visit with a health care provider. There is a $5

Eligibility: Child must be uninsured and not eligible for MCHP or MCHP Premium
Child must be a Montgomery County resident
Ages newborn through the 18 years
Family income no greater than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
