Our personalized services for patients and family members include: •Admission by registered nurses available seven days a week •Comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments •Collaboration with the patient's primary physician •Instruction in pain and symptom management •24-hour access to a hospice nurse •Care coordination and supervision •Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient and family needs •Frequent in-home nursing visits •Ongoing medical consultation •Provision of necessary medical equipment •Personal care assistance •Nutritional advice •Emotional counseling and support •Pastoral counseling •Volunteer companionship and respite care •Bereavement support JSSA's cohesive, specialized hospice team makes all the difference to you and your family.
