Faith Connections provides coordination and distribution of meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts to needy families in the greater Damascus-Clarksburg area. We work with the Montgomery Volunteer Center as part of a wide Holiday Giving program. Each year approximately 300 families in our up-county area are assisted with additional help from local churches, businesses, various organizations, and individuals. This includes approximately 1300 volunteer hours with an estimated $65,000 in food and gifts to our neighbors in need.
