The Language Outreach Program provides instruction in basic English, and advanced English to adult clients enrolled in evening classes. Childcare and child tutoring are provided for adults enrolled in these classes. The LOP classes operate on a fall and spring semester. The fall semester runs from September - December and the spring semester operates from March - June. Classes are held at a variety of locations around the city of Rockville.
